Shipping policy

We currently ship products in Singapore and West Malaysia only.

SINGAPORE

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times provided at the checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Singpost will then take approximately 2 business days to deliver your order to your letterbox or home address, depending on the size of your package.

WEST MALAYSIA

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times provided at the checkout. All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Pos Laju will then take approximately 2 to 3 business days to deliver your order to your letterbox or home address, depending on the size of your package.

 

Due to high volume at peak times, during a launch, special sales and public holidays, as well as unforeseen disruptions, there may be delays in the postal service which are outside of our control. We attempt to notify every customer preemptively if there is a significant delay.

We do not offer in-store or at warehouse pickup to customers.

Singapore Shipping Rates

All orders in Singapore will be shipped out via Singpost with a tracking code sent to your registered email:

  • $1.50 Standard Shipping for all orders below SGD30
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders SGD30 and above 

West Malaysia Shipping Rates

All orders in Malaysia will be shipped out via Pos Laju with a tracking code sent to your registered email:

  • RM18 for all orders below RM100
  • RM10 for all orders below RM150
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders RM150 and above
