Where Do You Ship To & What Is The Cost?
We currently ship within Singapore and West Malaysia only.
All orders in Singapore will be shipped out via Singpost with a tracking code sent to your registered email:
- $1.50 Standard Shipping for all orders below SGD30
- Free Standard Shipping for orders SGD30 and above
All orders in West Malaysia will be shipped out via Pos Laju with a tracking code sent to your registered email:
- RM18 Standard Shipping for all orders below RM100
- RM10 Standard Shipping for all orders below RM150
- Free Standard Shipping for orders RM150 and above
How Long Will I Take To Receive My Order(s)?
SINGAPORE
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times provided at the checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Singpost will then take approximately 2 working days to deliver your order to your letterbox or home address, depending on the size of your package.
WEST MALAYSIA
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times provided at the checkout. All orders are processed within 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Pos Laju will then take approximately 2 to 3 working days to deliver your order to your letterbox or home address, depending on the size of your package.
Due to high volume at peak times, during a launch, special sales and public holidays, as well as unforeseen disruptions, there may be delays in the postal service which are outside of our control. We attempt to notify every customer preemptively if there is a significant delay.
We do not offer in-store or at warehouse pickup to customers.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently offer international shipping in West Malaysia only.

What Payment Method Is Accepted?
We accept secure payments via Credit and Debit Cards - VISA, Mastercard, AMEX. We even support payment made via your Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Returns & Refunds
While we hope our careful selection of beauty products earn their spot in your beauty regime, we understand that things may not always work out.
Returns are acceptable for the following reasons only:
- Product arrived is damaged
- Product arrived with defects
- Product arrived is incorrect
We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return due to the above 3 reasons mentioned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at beautyhelp@roopsbeauty.com. Roops Beauty will cover any shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item at no additional cost to you.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
At this time, we are unable to accept any exchange on products sold on our website.

I Did Not Receive My Order
Singpost will take approximately 2 working days to deliver your order to your letterbox or home address, depending on the size of your package.
I Provided An Incorrect Address
Unfortunately the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been successfully placed. Our team will print out the order slips and start packing the order as soon as we receive them. Therefore, we will not be able to change the address.
Roops Beauty is not responsible for any orders delivered to an incorrect or insufficient address provided once the order has been shipped.
We use Singpost (Singapore) and Pos Laju (West Malaysia) for delivery, as such please use the tracking link sent to your email address to track the order or contact Singpost for more information.
Can I Cancel My Order?
We're afraid that we don’t accept cancellations once an order is placed.
